Creating work for Marriott International involved developing a robust set of over 400 custom icons, carefully crafted to align with the brand's identity.  The challenge was to create universally recognizable symbols, accommodating a global audience while maintaining a cohesive visual language that Marriott could own. This was done in part by using the diagonal of the Marriott "M" as a cut-out in the icon shapes. These icons also ensured consistency, requiring versatility for both mobile and desktop interfaces. The result was a seamless integration of iconography that enhanced user experience and reinforced Marriott's brand presence across all platforms.
